Thank you for choosing my RPG Maker plugins! I’m committed to providing high-quality plugins and assets to enhance your RPG Maker projects. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only offered under specific conditions outlined below to ensure fairness for both you and me.
Conditions for a Refund
- Product Does Not Work as Described: If the product has a significant technical issue that prevents it from functioning as described in its documentation, and I cannot resolve the issue within 5 days, you may request a refund.
- Accidental Purchase (Not Downloaded): If you purchased the wrong product (e.g., a plugin for RPG Maker MZ when you intended to buy for MV) and have not downloaded it, you may request a refund.
Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.
How to Request a Refund

- Provide a clear explanation of the issue along with relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots or videos demonstrating the issue, or proof of purchase for accidental purchases).
- I will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have downloaded and used the product without any verifiable technical issues.
- Difficulty Using the Product: My plugins are designed for users with a basic understanding of RPG Maker MV/MZ and plugin installation. If you find the plugin challenging to use due to lack of experience or unfamiliarity with RPG Maker, this does not qualify for a refund. I’m happy to provide help via Discord and I'll be online nearly 24/7 for you.
- Purchasing for the Wrong RPG Maker Version: My plugins are clearly labeled for specific RPG Maker versions (e.g., MV or MZ) in the product description and documentation. If you purchase a plugin for the wrong version (e.g., buying an MZ plugin while using MV) and have downloaded it, this does not qualify for a refund. Please read the product description carefully to ensure compatibility with your RPG Maker version before purchasing.
- Conflicts with Third-Party Plugins, Assets, or Software: My plugins are designed and tested to work as described within the standard RPG Maker MV/MZ environment. Conflicts may occur if another plugin or tool modifies the same core systems (e.g., battle mechanics, UI, or event handling) that my plugin relies on. Since these compatibility issues are caused by external tools and are beyond my control, they do not qualify for a refund. I’m happy to help troubleshoot conflicts to get your setup working smoothly!
- Refund requests submitted after 3 days from the purchase date.
